Scholarship Programs

Our Master’s Program in Health Sciences at FCM-MG believes in the transformative potential of research and continuously invests in making an excellent academic education accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer our students scholarship opportunities funded by the country’s leading research support agencies — CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior) and FAPEMIG (Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de Minas Gerais) — in addition to institutional scholarships provided by FELUMA, further strengthening our institution’s social commitment.

Scholarships are awarded through internal selection processes whenever there are available openings, following defined criteria. Among these, socioeconomic evaluation stands out, ensuring that students who need it most can fully dedicate themselves to the program, reducing inequalities and expanding the social impact of our work. Academic merit and the funding agencies’ regulations are also considered to ensure the program’s excellence.
